Option 1: Linen Button Up Shirt
A linen button up is a viable option to cover your midsection during summer. And before you say it’s too hot where you live to wear long sleeves, I live near Key West for most of the year. We wear linen long sleeves all year round to protect our skin from the sun. Linen is a breathable fabric that allows air to flow through it and cool the skin. Here, I paired this baby blue linen button up with white linen joggers and white sport sandals for an effortless chic summer look. Shop this outfit here.

Option 2: Wrap Blouse or Faux Wrap Blouse
A wrap blouse (or a faux wrap blouse like this one) that ties below the bustling but above the waist is a good option to conceal the midsection. In this outfit, the faux wrap blouse is gathered below the bustling with a flutter hem to cover my midsection. This boutique has several different versions of this top so I will link to them in the shopping post. Shop this outfit here.
SHOP: Wrap Blouse (sold out – Similar Blouse) + Wide Leg Crops + Wedge Sandals
Option 3: Tie Waist Blouse
I love a tie blouse because you can control how much coverage for your midsection based on how tight you tie it. In this outfit, I have paired the tie blouse with white linen crop pants and a straw tote bag for a coastal grandmother or coastal casual summer outfit. Shop this outfit here.
