I recently implemented a fashion spending rule: if I can think of at least 5 ways to style a new item with existing items in my closet, then I can buy it. But if not, I have to put it back. This cuts down on impulse purchases that just hang in my closet unworn and money wasted. Today I am showing five ways to style a neutral knit shell…all from items already in my closet. All of these outfits are appropriate for women over 40, women over 50, women over 60, and women over 70.
