MEAL PREP TIP:
During your Sunday meal prep, you can prepare the muffin pan with the bison meat so that you just have to put in in the oven on Gameday. You can do this up to five days in advance. But you might want to double the recipe so that you have enough for leftovers for lunch!

First, spray a muffin pan with cooking spray. Heat the oven to 400F.
Second, season the bison with garlic and onion powder. Then divide the bison meat amongst the muffin tins. Use your fingers to hollow out the center of the bison into cups. (See below.)
Third, bake the bison for approximately 15 minutes.
Fourth, add the cheddar and bacon bits to the center of the bison cups. Bake for another 2-3 minutes.
Finally, serve with sliced green onions and drizzle with ranch dressing. And may your team win big!!!

Ingredients
- 2 lb ground bison
- 8 tbsp low fat cheddar cheese
- 4 tbsp bacon bits
- 1 cup green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp low fat ranch dressing
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
Instructions
