Confession. My arms are pretty tone. I workout my arms with light weights at least once a week. But when I filmed this video yesterday, I caught a glimpse of my arms in the mirror. And for the first time, I noticed dimples in my arm skin. I WAS HORRIFIED! I thought I would wear sleeveless blouses and tanks forever. I’m rethinking that position today! 🙈
