Let’s just say it out loud:
The 3 most painful things in life are
- Childbirth
- Root canals

And for so many women in midlife… that third one feels just as real.
Because it’s not just about the swimsuit.
It’s about how you feel in your body.
It’s the frustration of doing “all the right things”… and still seeing a belly that feels bigger, puffier, and harder to control than ever before.
But here’s the truth most women are never told:

In fact, for many women in menopause and beyond…
