In my last post we talked about the first key to menopause weight loss: supporting your hormones.

But hormones are only one piece of the puzzle.

There is a second system that becomes incredibly important in midlife…

Your blood sugar.

And here’s the truth most women are never told:

You can diet harder than ever.
You can exercise more than ever.

But if your blood sugar is unstable, your body will fight weight loss every step of the way.

In fact, during menopause the body naturally becomes more resistant to insulin, which makes blood sugar harder to regulate.

That shift alone can lead to:
